Capsule dubs itself a "new kind of pharmacy" that carries prescriptions straight to its users' doors in the New York City, at the tap of the phone. The company's service removes waiting in line for the pharmacy as well as voicemail bots. Instead, it allows users to text, call, email, or chat with their pharmacist whenever it is convenient for them. Once it has the user's prescription, Capsule will text him/her to schedule the free delivery whenever needed. It will deliver everywhere in New York City within two hours, and will also coordinate refills with a doctor and copays with an insurance company.
