Jupl services 3 main sectors: Worker Safety, Family Safety and Aged Care. For senior care, the company has a number of solutions, including Jupl In-Home (consisting of the Gateway and Pendant), the Jupl Watch (based on Samsung's smartwatches), and Jupl Mobile. It also works with partners — including 24/7 monitoring centers, retirement villages, Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) providers, telecommunications companies, charities and government departments — to deploy solutions such as alert forwarding, using consumer voice assist technologies, geo-fence triggered alerts for people with early-stage dementia, and managed carer response with tiered call escalations.
