Togg

Togg is building radar sensors for use in nursing homes that work like a Fitbit that you place on a wall. The company says that it is benefiting from the shrinking cost of technology; its $150 sensors used to cost more than $11,000 five years ago. In pilot tests, Togg has installed these slim devices, similar in appearance to a smoke detector, on the ceiling of seniors' rooms to monitor resident's breathing rate, activity levels, and other factors correlated with health.
