Pharmi has developed the MedicijnWijs (MedsWise) platform that enables pharmacists to offer active, digital pharmacy care to drug users on a mobile application. Using the CareDashboard, pharmacists can guide the patient remotely through data insights and interaction. In this way, the patient has digital access everywhere 24 hours a day to the best reliable medicine information and always feels guided by the pharmacy team. On the other hand, MedicijnWijs gives the pharmaceutical care team more time for care, where real human contact is needed.
