Founded in 2017, Precision OS is committed to providing the most immersive and realistic form of deliberate surgical practice. The company produces high fidelity VR software for tiered surgeon education (Trauma OS) and preoperative planning (PreOp OS), and offers critical surgical metrics with haptic feedback. Precision OS' platform caters to a range of skill levels — from the practicing surgeon to the resident — with an option for assistance at each step. It also provides rich, detailed performance metrics to the surgeon at any step of the procedure, as well as analytics at the end of the operation. Each educational module is modelled after the environment and workflow of the operating room, and includes real X-rays and CT scans giving the surgeon an experience that mimics the real world.
