Osgenic

Founded in 2017, Osgenic is creating a new, VR-enabled environment where surgeons can prepare for procedures safely, making surgery safer for both the patients and surgeons. The company has developed modern tools for surgery training that build upon two medical education concepts that are backed by compelling research evidence: 1) VR-based training, and 2) skill transfer from virtual reality to the operating room. To make its solution as immersive as possible, Osgenic is working closely with Varjo — which has developed the first human eye-resolution VR headset that enables delivery of a high-fidelity experience.
